Overview:

Hilton Hotels Corporation wanted to streamline the hiring process, enabling the company to effectively assess viable candidates from among hundreds of applicants for specific positions and ensure that the company enforces consistent hiring practices in compliance with federal regulations governing contractors. The challenge was to reduce administrative burden of entering paper applications into compliance and human resources systems and deploy an enterprisewide Human Resources (HR) system to standardize processes and improve efficiency. Hilton Hotels Corporation deployed Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management Suite as Hilton's HR system of record worldwide, improving productivity, efficiency, and flow of critical data.
