Overview:

Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) wanted a network that was capable of handling a high traffic rate at wire-speed, with minimal network downtime and high availability. The network needed to handle future growth in an easy and non-disruptive manner; as well as meet the demands for disaster recovery. ASE also needed the network solution to come with a wealth of features and options to satisfy the stringent security and Quality of Service (QoS) requirements. In search of a company to implement a solution, ASE found that the BlackDiamond switch provided by Extreme Networks, had performance figures which were superior to any other switch they evaluated.
