Overview:

3i Infotech is a US$170 million global Information Technology company which provides technology solutions to more than 500 customers in more than 50 countries across five continents. The Citizen Service Centers (CSCs) for the Government of Goa (GoG) needed a way to integrate smoothly with different departmental applications. The challenge was to give citizens anytime, anywhere access to the various informational, interactive, transactional and collaborative services of the various government departments. 3i Infotech deployed BEA systems for its solution which provided an end-to-end solution framework for the CSC project that helped meet the challenges. The SOA-based BEA products also enabled 3i Infotech to configure the CSC application seamlessly and do away with complex and time-consuming custom-coding.
