Overview:

Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) is an independent product safety certification organization that has been testing product and writing Standards for Safety for more than a century. Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) wanted to replace disparate financial applications for 26 international business units and establish a consolidated platform for global finance to eliminate manual reconciliation. The challenge was to allow the organization to access an accurate view of global financial operations. UL worked with TUSC to implement Oracle Financials for all 26 business units and leveraged Oracle's rich standard functionality to eliminate customization and address process change before technology change, enabling TUSC to deliver the project on time and on budget.
