Overview:
Atos Worldline nv/sa specialises in electronic payments. The organisation formerly known as Banksys was acquired in December 2006 by Atos Worldline - a subsidiary of Atos Origin - to create Atos Wordline nv/sa. The implementation of a Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) means massive change for Atos Worldline's Belgian operations. It will need to adapt its standards and procedures to comply with SEPA regulations and compete in a single European market. To effectively manage the transformation programme, Banksys needed to improve its project management capabilities. By using a Project & Portfolio Management solution from CA, Atos Worldline will be able to track its progress towards SEPA compliance. The solution acts as a central repository for project data and helps to improve resource allocation.
