Overview:
ThyssenKrupp Industries India (TKII) was tasked by its Corporate Office to comply with benchmarks set by ThyssenKrupp worldwide. They needed to upgrade to IP Telephony, provide more system flexibility and scalability to keep up with rapid company growth, achieve higher levels of operational efficiency, reduce costs and to provide better customer service. Avaya was able to deliver an exceptional value proposition to TKII, based on the interoperability of combined solutions from Avaya, Extreme Networks, Juniper Networks and Polycom. Avaya was the first to take a unique convergence route and recommend an offering to TKII that helped it cut costs and enhance operations across the board.
