Overview:

The Trust has over 330 staff working at its head office, occupying two adjoining buildings and another 300 staff located across 40 networked satellite offices in central London. The Peabody Trust was seeking a solution that would link its head office in Central London with these 40 networked satellite offices with a single centralized communications platform. An Avaya Authorized Platinum BusinessPartner, recognised that a single, centralised communications platform linking its head office with multiple satellite locations would be the ideal solution for the Trust. Sabio's team took a hybrid approach, combining the latest Avaya applications with The Trust's existing Cisco data infrastructure. To integrate these solutions, Sabio installed Avaya DEFINITY Communications Servers with Avaya Communication Manager.
