Overview:

The biggest challenge for GfK Indicator is to make available to the employees the technology solutions that can help improve their performance in their market research projects. This means choosing technology that delivers quality information efficiently so they can provide better customer service through all phases of a project. However, the existing IT environment at GfK did not live up to these criteria. The company had a proprietary Line-Of-Business (LOB) solution that handled customized workflow and regulations pertaining to research project administration. GfK turned to Microsoft Brazil for help, and was introduced to XPTA Consultoria, a Microsoft Certified Partner that specialized in Microsoft Dynamics NAV business software implementations.
