Overview:

MSA Communication is a VoIP communication service provider founded in September 2004. MSA needed to develop and deploy technology that could overcome the shortcomings of existing soft-phone-based Internet phone service. Using BEA WebLogic SIP Server as the basis for an Internet-based callback service, MSA was able to replace its previous development process-developing all programs from scratch in C++ - for a scalable, extensible, and modular process that saved time and money. With BEA WebLogic SIP Server as its development platform, the company could quickly create diverse, cost-efficient new services with extensive scalability and greatly simplified processes.
