Overview:
Provider of payment services for banks and corporates, Voca wanted to replace existing, ultra-high processing payments engine with one offering limitless reliability, security, scalability, and transaction processing power. Voca already had a relationship with BEA through an Internet-based payment service that connected UK banks and their corporate customers to the REFT system. This historical success was one of the reasons Voca again turned to BEA for the new payments engine. They needed a flexible, generic and modular payments infrastructure. The company deployed BEA WebLogic Server 8.1 to create a new payments engine, capable of delivering fast and flexible secure transaction processing. This simplified, unified BEA infrastructure delivers ease of interoperability, unfailing reliability and technological leadership.
