Overview:

Getronics is one of the world's leading providers of vendor-independent Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions and services. The company's challenges included: preparing a development framework that suits 11 countries with diverse cultures and business needs; developing reusable testing scenarios and replicable solution with a focus on on-time delivery; and high risk as the system go-live has an impact on all end-users across the globe. The client decided to partner with MindTree for this project because of comprehensive knowledge in various ERP applications and automation testing. MindTree developed a test framework which could be used in all countries. The framework allowed selective execution of business scenarios and offered capturing and reporting of SAP error messages for better understanding of failures.
