Overview:

Computacenter is a leading European independent provider of IT infrastructure services. The company continually strives to find innovative solutions for its customers and for its own benefit. To increase security and simplify deployment, the company's division in Germany decided to take advantage of new features in Windows Server 2008 for restoring and maintaining Active Directory. Administrators are able to restore Active Directory services in minutes instead of hours. The use of Network Access Protection and central access to applications will enhance security and productivity. Computacenter expects to decrease time spent on configuration management by 30 percent, and time spent updating operating systems by 50 percent. In addition, faster Active Directory restoration will significantly increase user productivity.
