Overview:
As a customer, has one ever experienced less than ideal service when calling a customer support center? Does it seem like organizations just don't recognize what a valuable customer one is? Although the customer interactions may take only a few moments, the impression made by the company on the customer lasts much longer. As such, it's a daunting challenge to make sure customers receive the best possible service and are presented with the most appropriate offers. If one also considers the fact that as much as 50 percent of the customer decision-making process occurs in real time, the timeliness and relevance of those interactions becomes even more critical.
