Overview:
Voca wanted to streamline access and deployment of applications across Voca's multi-site business locations. As a solution the company implemented Microsoft SoftGrid Application Virtualization. This resulted in virtualized 300 applications and cut deployment from days to minutes or even seconds. It eliminated need for installations and on-site deployments, enhanced business continuity and improved efficiency for 700 desktop users, improved mobility and ease of employee relocation, improved license control and reduced IT administration costs through centralized management and elimination of time-consuming processes.
