Overview:

Westminster City Council is a Local Authority serving the heart of London. Its 60 elected councillors needed a Members Information Portal that would allow them to monitor critical services such as planning, street care, and licensing in their neighbourhoods in near real time. Artemis Corporation deployed Windows SharePoint Services to create the first such councillors' portal in the country that integrates near live operational data with a mapping system.
