Manipulating heavier graphic elements in Flash increases file size and can make your animation sluggish. But there is another way to get some great, high-functioning animation effects with bitmap graphics using Masks. John Lee shows you how simple it is to give life and motion to photographic elements in Flash CS3 by animating a Vector-shape mask over it.
