Overview:

If ones data is saved in a file format that is not listed in the Business Data Import and Export wizard, save the data as comma separated values file (comma separated values file: A text file that contains data that is separated by commas (also known as a comma-delimited file). The user can create and save a .csv file in programs such as Notepad or Excel.), and then import it into the Business Contact Manager database (Business Contact Manager database: The database that stores information about Accounts, Business Contacts, Opportunities, Business Projects, and other items.) by using the Business Data Import and Export wizard.
