Overview:

Umeco Supply Chain is a division of Umeco, a leading supplier of products and services to the aerospace, defence, motorsport, and automotive industries. The Umeco Supply Chain IT team of six must work very hard to ensure the company's workforce can access IT systems on demand. Umeco Components enlisted the help of Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Risual to participate in a proof of concept trialling Windows Vista. The IT support team can now use its resources more efficiently. Farley estimates his team will be resolving around 50 per cent more support queries with the same head count in the same amount of time.
