A leading manufacturer of IP telephony and audio/video conferencing equipment and provider of Unified Collaborative Communications solutions. The company wanted to correct the display quality, latency, and late display-related problems from the IP phones. The challenge was to make the video conferencing phones compliant with Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) and reduce the overall cost of IP and video conferencing phones. A comprehensive solution offering consisting of software development and hardware design. As a solution there were fixes for H.323,MEGACO, and SIP-related bugs in the software of the IP and video conferencing phones.
