The company is a leading provider of specialized software, services and information for the property and casualty insurance industry. The company's solutions facilitate independent agent productivity and carrier/agent connectivity. The company required automation for their flagship product; an insurance CRM system for mid-to-large sized agencies built using Microsoft .NET tools. AppLabs was employed to take on the technical delivery of the automated scripts using IBM Rational and documented these in a sophisticated Test Plan.
