Overview:

The National Australia Bank Group (NAB) is an international financial services organization that provides a comprehensive and integrated range of financial products and services through our group of banks. NAG (National Australia Group) had a specific challenge around the area of integrating the new systems with existing infrastructure. The replacement systems - a customized Siebel sales and illustration system, a teller application and a system for customer enquiry and maintenance - needed to integrate with existing 'Back-end' legacy systems as well as a number of external systems, for example, Experian. NAG selected AppLabs as its testing partner because of the company's extensive testing expertise, integration experience and flexibility.
