Overview:
Until recently, sophisticated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems were reserved exclusively for large enterprises. One of the most exciting developments in CRM technology is the emergence of true enterprise-class open source applications. Centric CRM, which offers an advanced open source CRM system, wanted the ability to build solutions for the full range of possible users, from very large to very small organizations. By enabling Centric CRM V4.1 to run on the new IBM DB2 9 Data Server, Centric CRM gives its customers the ability to grow while running on a solid technology platform that will grow with them.
