Overview:
Sydbank, one of Denmark's largest banks, employs more than 2,000 people in 100 offices throughout the country. Because of the country's solid economy, many Danes are currently well off and require more banking services. As a result, Sydbank is expanding its product offerings, and the company's Department of Communication has an increasing amount of projects and tasks. Sydbank sought a software solution that could help the department's employees become more organized and better manage projects. The bank recently implemented Microsoft Office Project Server 2007. Sydbank has gained a more complete overview of projects and has improved scheduling and management capabilities. Employee satisfaction has also increased.
