Overview:

Emerson's global organization includes 60 divisions in more than 150 countries across 275 locations. Recognized for its outstanding management process and record of consistent long-term performance, Emerson looked to partner with a leading applications provider to maintain its quality record. As a part of Emerson's master plan, the company chose Oracle to replace many legacy and disparate applications running across its many divisions. With challenges in managing a large, diverse organization, Emerson wanted to reduce the administrative costs around Human Resources (HR), standardize on processes and capture data across multiple divisions into one HR system. Emerson chose to implement Oracle HRMS to support the diverse HR/Payroll needs across many of the 60 divisions.
