Overview:
This paper discusses how to integrate IBM Sales Center for WebSphere Commerce with a Computer Telephony Integration system that uses Java Telephony Application Programming Interface (JTAPI). This technology enables the Sales Center to identify a caller based on their phone number, and access customer-related information. This paper also provides a demonstration using Cisco1 JTAPI sample code and provides necessary information to design, develop, deploy, and customize applications.
