Overview:

Degussa, a multinational chemicals company wanted to evolve the heterogeneous IT infrastructure used by Degussa's disparate business units to provide more efficiency while still maintaining the flexibility to sustain innovation. The company used SAP Consulting to create a road map to streamline the order-to-cash process in a division with two infrastructures in place. The project served as proof of concept to evaluate the application of the Enterprise Services Architecture blueprint for Degussa's business divisions worldwide.
