Weber Shandwick serves clients engaged in global public relations campaigns. To promote and provide advocacy on behalf of its clients, the agency relied on a mission-critical contact management application that had become difficult to use and slow. A small team created the collaborative extranet, called WeberWorks, in just six months. Flexible Microsoft Web programming technologies and a complete business intelligence platform power an innovative user experience and make the new application easier for programmers to maintain, extend, and customize.
