Overview:

Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) specializes in the design, building, and management of prisons and detention facilities. The company wanted to create a flexible and efficient process for booking and processing inmates. The challenge was to reduce data errors and accelerate inmate entry time. The company worked with Bias Corporation, an Oracle partner, to implement real-time data integration between Corrections Corporation of America and two of public-sector partners, streamlining the inmate booking process and reducing potential data errors.
