Overview:
UserScape is the creator of HelpSpot, an easy to use, web-based customer service portal. Because it is a web-based application, HelpSpot requires PHP and the Zend Optimizer, a database and a web server in order to run. The software supports a wide range of open and closed source web servers, so advanced users have several options in terms of which software they want to run in their environment. In order to present the best installation process possible to users, UserScape decided to ship a Custom Stack from BitRock. The HelpSpot Custom Stack includes all of the software necessary to run HelpSpot, but also offers users the option of automatically hooking up to existing installations of Microsoft's Internet Information Server and MS SQL.
