Overview:

The Council of Attorneys General of Brussels, Belgium, oversees the consistent execution of departmental guidelines for criminal justice and coordinates management of the Office of Public Prosecutors. It also informs and advises the Minister of Justice regarding matters related to the Office of Public Prosecutors. The challenge was to develop an easy-to-use, reliable, and secure internal portal in all three national languages of Belgium - Dutch, French, and German - to facilitate internal communication for the organization's 3.800 magistrates and employees and eliminate duplication of documents and reduce administrative overhead. The company implemented Oracle Portal to create an easy-to-manage, reliable and secure Web Platform - called Omptranet - that facilitates communication for the agency's employees.
