The ARAG Group is a worldwide leader in the legal protection insurance industry headquartered in Dusseldorf, Germany. The company wanted to restructure Information Technology (IT) system to maximize ability to react to the demands of customers and the market. The challenge was to enable quick delivery of new services and establish a high level of dependability and quality. Working with Intesys, the company implemented Oracle Application Server to create an information system capable of integrating with current applications and complying with the company's innovative drive.
