Overview:
INDA S.p.a., the largest company in the international bathroom furniture market today, is focused on quality and service. The company wanted to contain costs by improving financial management. The challenge was to automate warehouse management processes and accelerate integration between parent company and branches. Working with Atlantic Technologies, the company implemented Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financial Management to streamline financial processes including accounting, finance monitoring, sales, procurement, production, and distribution. The company developed standardized procedures that accelerate business processes between the parent company and branches.
