AMD and Intel are constantly improving their CPU offerings. Things change so fast, it's hard to tell exactly what kind of CPU is inside of your system or what makes it go. In this article, Brien Posey looks at a couple of the factors that determine how a CPU performs -- the clock cycle and cache.
