Overview:
The Saxonian State Authority for Private Broadcasting and New Media (SLM) is the supervisory authority responsible for monitoring private radio and television broadcasters in the Free State of Saxony. The challenge was to deploy a new TC solution to improve accessibility and efficiency with future-proof technology. The authority also needed integration of various communication channels. As a solution the authority deployed Communication Server Integral 5 E and Integral T 3 system telephones and DECT appliances.
