Professional quality image editing tools are not quite as expensive as you may think. The open source image editing application called GIMPShop is every bit as powerful as the expensive standard application, PhotoShop, but GIMPShop is free. Chad Perrin reviews GIMPShop and shows how feature-rich this open source application really is.
