Overview:

Success stories in the IT industry can begin anywhere. Even behind bars. When Massimo began his CCNA training three years ago, he certainly had the odds stacked against him. He was serving a sentence in Italy's Bollate prison, with virtually no IT experience or knowledge of English. This, however, did not stop him from studying the program on his own, using translation software to work his way through the curriculum. His luck changed in 2004 when he successfully enrolled in the prison's new CCNA course, part of the Cisco Networking Academy Program's Prison Academies program, PICTA.
