Young Bulgarian Milko Simeonov was so determined to make a career in IT that he completed demanding training with the Cisco Networking Academy Program in his spare time whilst also holding down a full-time job as a hotel receptionist. Now his employer, the Hilton Sofia Hotel, has rewarded his hard work with the job of his dreams. When Milko Simeonov's employer, the Hilton Sofia Hotel, heard about the Cisco Networking Academy Program Milko had taken in his spare time, they moved him straight from the reception desk into the IT department. Still only 22, he's now in overall charge of the department, and believes his success is largely due to the excellent training he received at the Regional Academy within Sofia University.
