Overview:

After she graduated high school Charlene went to college, although not for technology. She pursued a career in Physical Education for two years and decided it wasn't for her. After working as a secretary for the next few years, she revisited the desire to start a career in the technology field. Shortly after she started her degree in "Computer and Networking Maintenance", the college implemented the Cisco Networking Academy. This was a very new and exciting opportunity for her. Charlene studied her CCNA at the college under the direction of some great instructors. After earning her CCNA, she moved from a secretarial position to lab technician running an open lab for currently enrolled Cisco students.
