Overview:
A global pharmaceutical enterprise wanted to simplify access to internal information and resources. The client had numerous web properties, file repositories, document management resources, indexing services and application functions, but lacked a cohesive structure to organize this content. They sought to better leverage these resources by way of simplified searching and management. Together with the client, LiquidHub selected a portal approach; a portal would enable a unified look-and-feel, and facilitate enterprise-wide navigation taxonomy. Most importantly, the portal would provide a means to manage it all. The client chose to implement Vignette's platform.
