Overview:
The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is responsible for national policy and programs that address housing needs, improve and develop the nation's communities, and enforce fair housing laws. HUD offices are widely distributed with locations in at least one city in every state in the US. HUD depends on its Lotus Notes email/groupware IT infrastructure to connect all its offices together in their mission to ensure a decent home and suitable living environment for all Americans. HUD rapidly deployed Trend Micro ScanMail for Lotus Notes in a two-week-long, nationwide effort that went off like clockwork.
