Headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, EPCOR Utilities Inc. provides power and water products and services to customers in Canada and the United States. Through growth and acquisitions, EPCOR has added more than 700 employees. To improve the process for establishing new employees EPCOR turned to Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Habanero Consulting Group to implement Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. Using Microsoft Office Forms Server 2007, EPCOR centralized resource order forms and created an intuitive workflow so managers can establish new hires quickly and efficiently. The company also used Microsoft Office InfoPath Forms Services to create forms using a Web browser, allowing employees to complete forms online - from anywhere.
