Overview:
Northrop Grumman Mission Systems wanted to replace its proprietary Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificate solution with Microsoft Windows Server 2003 PKI. But it didn't want to have to replace its entire Microsoft Windows 2000 Server Active Directory directory service infrastructure immediately. Happily, it doesn't have to. By adding a few schema extensions, Northrop Grumman Mission Systems operates Microsoft Windows Server 2003 PKI in its existing environment.
