Overview:

NCI Building Systems, one of the largest manufacturers and marketers of metal building components in the United States, was experiencing downtime due to its unstable environment, which also offered limited security protection. Employees were frustrated by the system's unreliability and felt it was an obstacle to sharing business-critical information. With the help of Kommar Solutions, NCI migrated from Microsoft Exchange Server version 5.5 to Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 and from Microsoft Windows NT Server version 4.0 to Microsoft Windows Server 2003 with the Active Directory service. NCI now can manage the system from its corporate headquarters, rather than relying on remote administrators.
