Pearl Benefits Group wanted a better way to service its business insurance clients - one that provided a higher level of customer service, while reducing costs and personnel needs. That's what the company received from Computer Solutions & Software International (CSSI) with the VUE self-service portal, based on Microsoft technologies. The solution cuts call-center hold times by 40 percent, boosts productivity by 25 percent, and costs less than half as much as a UNIX solution.
