Bite is the second-largest mobile telecommunications provider in Lithuania. In order to achieve the company's goal of having a highly satisfied customer base, the company has launched a comprehensive customer experience improvement program to develop its people and sales channels. The program is also optimizing customer touch points. At the core of this program, Bite deployed Siebel Communications among its sales, marketing, and customer care staff to create a single, complete view of each customer. Following an extensive CRM vendor selection process, Bite selected Oracle's Siebel Systems.
