Overview:
In this webcast, the presenters illustrate five basic steps in Microsoft Office Project Standard 2007 to create a plan for the business projects. The presenters not only explain how to use Project 2007 as a planning tool, but also as an effective management application throughout the project life cycle. The viewer will learn how to enter phased tasks based on the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), indent and negative indent tasks to match the WBS, create task schedules, define dependencies, and assign resources and costs.
