Overview:

Grange Insurance Group is a mid-sized personal and commercial insurance company that caters to farming communities and suburban areas in the United States. The company has more than U.S.$190 million in assets. To facilitate business growth, Grange commissioned Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Tata Consultancy Services to consolidate its existing systems and business processes. Tata Consultancy Services's proprietary methodology, the Insurance-Business Intelligence for Decision Support, is a framework for data analysis and data warehousing. Grange has been able to substantially improve its efficiency due to the enterprisewide database solution based on Microsoft SQL Server 2000. In fact, the company has recorded a 25 percent productivity increase due to the new analytics and reporting solution.
