Established in 1994, Omron China Company Limited wanted to reduce inventory costs and resource wastage and simplify logistics management and ensure deadlines are met. The company wanted to streamline workflows to maximize speed and efficiency of production processes and ensure system flexibility and scalability to meet future business requirements. Omran China engaged with Oracle Partner S&I Technologies (China) to implement a supply chain management platform based on a range of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications from Oracle and increased efficiency by consolidating and automating business processes, including order and purchase management.
