Overview:
A person should be extremely careful when developing and configuring an application server to support security policies and processes. Any machine connected to the Internet is a potential target for external attackers. That doesn't mean one should give up the many benefits of running the business online, but it's important to understand the nature of potential threats so one can protect against them. This paper discusses security from a different perspective: that of attackers. In order to stop attackers, one must understand attackers.
