Overview:
GME manages the Italian energy market exchange. Therefore they have to be able to guarantee the service in every situation, even in case of disaster. For this reason they asked Getronics for a Business Continuity - Disaster Recovery Plan. Getronics supplied them with a solution for architecture, methodology and services, based on the Getronics Disaster Recovery methodology. Thanks to Getronic's proposed solution and through periodical tests GME is now at all times able to check the re-start time and the related consistency of data in case of disaster.
